The core of the platformBlockchain Factory
The core product and the site's own headline: a DAO-based EVM chain factory. A team submits a proposal, the DAO approves it, the chain activates and the team receives a UNIT0 grant – no servers, no validator nodes, no auction, validator management stays with Units.
What's inside- Custom EVM sidechain deployed in a few clicks
- Four-step flow: proposal → DAO approval → activation → grant
- No servers or validator nodes on the project's side
- Layer-0 scalability, interoperability and security from day one
- New chains funded from the DAO treasury
- 02
Unit Zero mainnet & Proof of Restake
The EVM network that went live on 5 November 2024, secured not by its own validator set but by Waves restaking through a Proof-of-Restake consensus. Layer-0 economic incentives are reused across every connected chain.
- EVM-compatible L1 running on a Waves Layer-0
- Proof of Restake – L0 incentives secure all ecosystem chains
- Fractal consensus: Unit Zero focuses on transaction throughput
- 03
Omnichain interoperability
Every chain in the ecosystem talks to every other one trustlessly, at the level of the Layer-0 consensus rather than through a wrapped-asset bridge – which is what removes the usual centralisation point between L1 and L2.
- Trustless interchain transfers on L0 consensus
- No custodial bridge between ecosystem chains
- Deep L1↔L2 communication, the gap the pitch opens on
- 04
Cross-chain bridges & WavesBridge
Chain-agnostic bridges connect the ecosystem to outside liquidity – Ethereum, BSC, Solana, Polygon, Tron and any EVM chain – with a decentralised validator network moving assets and cross-chain pools earning restaking APR.
- Ethereum, BSC, Solana, Polygon, Tron and any EVM chain
- Decentralised validator network for cross-chain transfer
- Cross-chain liquidity pools with restaking APR
- 05
Units DAO
The governance layer that decides which chains exist. UNIT0 stakers vote on proposals, treasury allocation and grants; the treasury sits under a multisig and receives native tokens of every chain it approves, which are then paid back to DAO members.
- On-chain proposals: submit, vote, execute, publicly listed
- Every new chain launch approved by DAO vote
- Multisig treasury, grants paid on TVL milestones
- 06
Block explorer & on-chain data
Blockscout-based explorers for mainnet and testnet with a full public stats API – addresses, blocks, transactions, gas – plus indexing into DefiLlama, DappRadar, CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko so the chain is legible to the outside market from day one.
- Mainnet and testnet explorers, both public
- Open /api/v2 stats endpoint for addresses, blocks, tx, gas
- Live coin price, market cap and gas tiers
- 07
Testnet stack & transactions farm
The incentivised testnet that carried the whole pre-TGE campaign: faucet, testnet DEX, testnet explorer, personal account, points system and a transactions farm. It left 114.7M transactions and 79.5M addresses on the testnet chain.
- Faucet, testnet DEX and testnet explorer
- Transactions farm driving on-chain activity
- Personal account with a points leaderboard
- 08
Ecosystem directory
A public catalogue of what runs on Unit Zero, split by category – DeFi, Gaming, Wallets, Tools & Infrastructure, Marketplaces – with a submission flow for new projects and partners.
- Projects catalogue across five categories
- Live integrations: CrossCurve, DappRadar, Asterizm, Brevis
- DIA oracles, Safe smart-wallet infrastructure, SubQuery indexing
- 09
UNIT0 token & staking
One token doing three jobs: the mandatory fee asset of every transaction in the ecosystem, the governance weight in the DAO, and the staking instrument that earns rewards funded by DAO-approved projects.
- 100,000,000 max supply, TGE 5 November 2024
- Mandatory gas asset across the ecosystem
- Staking with rewards funded from DAO-approved projects
- 10
Builders Hub
The developer surface: EVM dApp deployment on Unit Zero, node instructions, mainnet and testnet network configs, wallet connection, GitHub repos and the documentation portal.
- Deploy dApps and smart contracts on Unit Zero
- Run your own node, mainnet or testnet
- MetaMask, Keeper and WX Network connection guides
- 11
Wallet layer
The non-custodial entry point to the ecosystem: Waves-powered wallets that hold and stake UNIT0 and carry DAO voting power, alongside MetaMask for the EVM side.
- Non-custodial – keys stay encrypted on the device
- WX Network and Keeper wallet integration
- MetaMask connection for Unit Zero EVM
- 12
RWA stablecoin & native restaking
The design direction that makes the ecosystem RWA-ready: all stablecoin liquidity restaked via DAI into a hybrid real-world-asset stablecoin, so ecosystem liquidity earns while it secures the chains. Specified in the deck; not a publicly shipped product.
- Hybrid RWA stablecoin backed by DAI restaking
- All ecosystem liquidity automatically restaked
- Restaking APR on stables and tokens in cross-chain pools
